I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday, and the experience was lovely. The warm welcome by Laura set the tone for our visit. Our room was modern, bright, and spacious with a fantastic bathroom layout. The breakfast was a good spread, and we loved the cozy bar. Akos and David were helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the sauna was a wonderful touch!

The location was spot on, super close to all the vibrant celebrations and local restaurants. The room was bright and comfortable, and I loved that there was Netflix for cozy nights in. The staff were genuinely nice, and they even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to toast the new year!
The cleaning was a bit of a letdown. My room wasn’t tidied up properly during the stay, and I had to remind them multiple times. the breakfast was underwhelming for the price; not much variety. Definitely could’ve been better overall!

I recently enjoyed a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel for a family celebration. From the warm welcome by Laura at reception to the spacious and modern room, everything exceeded my expectations. The comfortable beds made for restful nights, and the breakfast spread was good! The staff, including David from the night shift, were helpful with tips and recommendations. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro and local attractions.
Can just recommend this hotel.

So, there was this annoying fire alarm that went off at 10:30 PM, and we were kept outside for half an hour with zero updates from the staff. Honestly, they really need better training on how to handle emergencies!

The location was spot on, making it super easy to explore the city. My room was modern and super clean, plus I really enjoyed the breakfast spread - it was delicious! The staff were friendly and cute, especially the reception team who went out of their way to help us out.
I had to remind them about basic things like taking out the trash. it would have been nice to have room service, but with plenty of nearby restaurants, it wasn’t a huge deal. I'd still recommend it!

The location was perfect for visiting both Széchenyi Thermal Bath and Gellért Thermal Bath. Staff was super friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Don't miss out on breakfast. It's simple but filling with a few hot items. Plenty of storage in the rooms made it easy to settle in.
The only downside was that the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room enough, even on the lowest setting.
